Jussie Smollet’s assault was a hot topic on social media in 2019. It was later discovered, he was attacked by Nigerian brothers, Abel and Ola Osundario.
It has been reported recently, that the men are unwilling to testify against the Hollywood star.

According to reports, the brothers have changed their minds ,because they feel as if police are still treating them as suspects and are withholding possessions they had taken from them during a February 2019, raid of their home.
After the incident in 2019, the brothers claimed to have been paid $3,500 to attack Smollet. The actor claimed the attack was racist and homophobic.
The brothers told TMZ, they staged the attack and received payment for it.
