Following the discovery of footage showing the Ferrari racing another vehicle earlier this month, the Los Angeles Police Department is apparently looking into Michael B. Jordan’s vehicle accident.

According to TMZ, authorities are now looking to prove the “Creed III” star, 36, was behind the wheel of the pricey sports car when it crashed into a parked car in Hollywood, California, on December 2.

According to the publication, prosecutors may file criminal charges if the LAPD concludes its investigation and discovers “criminal culpability.”

The latest information was released in response to a video that appeared to show a red and blue Ferrari racing down a congested stretch of Sunset Boulevard that same evening.

“Michael B. Jordan crashing out in Hollywood racing another Ferrari,” was written atop the video, which was posted on Instagram on Tuesday.

The red Ferrari’s driver discussed the events of the crash night with Entertainment Tonight on Friday.

Tenshi Angel claimed that when the blue Ferrari drew up next to him, he was “just vibing out” and enjoying some music.

Angel asserted, “I’m thinking, ‘Oh.'” We were merely, you know, pacing. This occurred prior to the recording, which was located around two blocks away.

“All we did was cruise. We were revving the engines a little more as we got to the next block, and then, I believe it was halfway through, we were like, “Oh.” Three times, hunk[ed]. And that’s what happened when I took off. (sic)

When news first surfaced of the accident, officials told us there were no signs of anything “nefarious” and “no evidence of a DUI” when they arrived at the scene.

Additionally, a field sobriety test was not performed on Jordan, 36, and no arrests were made. TMZ obtained photos of the damages both cars sustained.

The “Black Panther” star’s blue Ferrari’s right fender was ripped off and one of the tires was located multiple yards behind the car. The left side of the Kia was dented and metal scraps were hanging from it due to the impact from Jordan’s pricey vehicle.

According to TMZ, the actor from “Fruitvale Station” did not explain what had transpired to the responding police. It looked like Jordan and his guy friend were well.
