United Bank for Africa (UBA), has recently upgraded its mobile banking platform, which saw new and interactive features being introduces, to aid online banking. Customers are now allowed to perform unlimited transactions from their mobile devices, through simpler methods. The bank, since being the first to launch its Chat Bot Leo, keep pushing towards delivering edge-cutting superior solutions to its customers.

According to the Group Head, Digital Banking, Sampson Aneke, who spoke on the new feature of the bank’s mobile app, UBA will continue to provide a more user friendly interface, which will make various opportunities available to customers.

“With the new interface, the user can now see all the transfer options including the saved beneficiary option at a glance and can even order food for delivery via the app,” he said.
