Napoli are reportedly open to including Takehiro Tomiyasu or Emile Smith Rowe in a swap deal with Arsenal for their star striker, Victor Osimhen, this summer.
The Serie A club is considering this option as Arsenal renews their interest in Osimhen during the summer transfer window.
Expected to leave Napoli, Osimhen has attracted attention from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and Chelsea.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Napoli has not yet received any formal bids for Osimhen, who has a release clause set at €130 million.
The report also indicates that Arsenal have re-emerged as serious contenders for his signature.
To reduce the substantial fee for the 25-year-old striker, Napoli are interested in acquiring Smith Rowe and Tomiyasu, both of whom were on their radar during the January transfer window.
