Anambra State Police Command has declared an officer, Inspector Audu Omadefu, wanted for murder.
The state spokesperson, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, in a statement on Tuesday, disclosed this.
“Audu Omadefu with force number, AP No.362178, is now wanted for murder,” the statement partly read.

The police, however, appeal to the public to promptly report any sightings or provide information regarding his whereabouts to the nearest police station.
“The public can also call the command Control Room number 07039194332 or the PPRO on 08039334002.
“The command assured the public that any information given in this regard shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality,” it added.
