President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has described Nigerians as well educated, dynamic, collaborative, forward-looking people and hardworking.

Tinubu said this in a video on Channels Television X handle, while reacting to the outcome of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on Wednesday in Abuja.

The five justices in the Court of Appeal in Abuja unanimously dismissed the petitions from Abubakar Atiku of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party).

The Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani-led Tribunal ruled that Tinubu is the winner of the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.

Speaking after the court’s verdict, Tinubu praised Nigerians for their resilience.

“It’s has been a very strong and emotional journey for all of us struggling for democracy, truth and justice for all.

“Today we give kudos to the judiciary for their indivisible commitment to rule of law and to humanity.

“Thank God almighty for guiding us this far and protecting us and with your support, joys, adulation the theme for Nigeria is for us to pull Nigeria up and be proud of the country because that’s the only country that we have.

“One out of four black race is a Nigerian. Well educated, dynamic, collaborative and forward looking people, hardworking, no doubt.”

Tinubu said that Nigerians have no reasons to be poor and called on all citizens to help pull the country forward.

He added that with the help of everyone, his friends and colleagues, the government will do more for Nigeria.
