Bandits recently renewed attacks in the state as Batsari Local Government Area experienced no fewer than two attacks in the week.

Similar to this, last week the bandits raided Kukar Babangida hamlet in Jibia Local Government Area, killing nine people—including the local chief.

Three students from a private university in the state were reportedly kidnapped by the bandits on Sunday as well.
