Extra: Dino Melaye returns to Twitter, congratulates new APC Chairmen
NEWS DIGEST – Senator Dino Melaye has actively returned twitter this morning after his case was adjourned indefinitely till his health gets better.
Dino Melaye who is known to be a critic of the President Buhari administration marked his return to the social media platform by mockingly congratulating his party on the emergence of 72 party state chairmen after yesterday’s ward congresses.
Through his twitter handle, Senator Dino Melaye @dino_melaye said “Congratulations to the 72 new State Chairmen of APC. Every where na double double. What a blessed party!!!! “.

The ruling party had a crisis filled state congresses yesterday as many states witnessed emergence of parallel chairmen. States like Kwara State, Lagos State, Oyo State and several other states had the crisis of parallel chairmen emerging.
Although the party spokesman, Bolaji Abdullahi had told THE NEWS DIGEST that the National Working Committee will only recognize the congresses that had the presence of the National working committee delegates.
Dino Melaye is currently been tried on allegations of sponsoring criminal activities in Kogi State and attempting suicide amidst other charges.
