Late Emir of Kano’s Son, Aminu Ado appointed Bichi Emir
NEWS DIGEST – The Governor of Kano State Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has approved the appointment of Aminu Ado Bayero as Emir of Bichi, he was until his appointment the Wamban Kano.

In a radio jingle aired at state radio stations, the governor has also appointed Three other Emirs for the four new additional Emirates which include: Gaya, Rano and Karaye.
The governor is expected to present letters and staff of office to Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulkadir as Emir of Gaya, Tafida Abubakar Ila of Rano and Ibrahim Abubakar II as Emir of Karaye on Saturday at Sani Abacha Stadium.
