Zamfara NSCDC Pledges Full Support to Community Protection Guard
The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has reiterated its commitment to working closely with the Community Protection Guard (CPG) in the state.
State Commandant Sani Mustapha expressed this during a courtesy visit by the new CPG leadership at the NSCDC Command’s headquarters in Gusau.

Mustapha emphasized that the CPG is essential and will receive full support from the Corps to ensure its effectiveness.
The new CPG Commandant, Brigadier General L. B. Mohammed (rtd), praised the ongoing collaboration between the CPG and the NSCDC, stressing the importance of continued synergy to combat the state’s security challenges.
He highlighted the NSCDC’s capabilities in supporting the CPG’s efforts against brigandage and urged the Corps to enhance its support for optimal results.
