SMEDAN Partners Anambra Govt to Establish N1 Billion Loan Portfolio for MSME Growth

NEWS DIGEST – The Director General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Anambra State Government to establish a loan portfolio worth N1 billion, dedicated to promoting MSME growth in the state.

In a social media post, Mr. Odii underscored that providing essential funding to MSMEs remains his top priority as the head of SMEDAN.

The post reads: “I’m thrilled to share that we’ve just signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Anambra State government @anambranewmedia, creating a loan portfolio of N1 billion, dedicated to MSME growth within the state.

“Ensuring that MSMEs across the nation have access to essential funding is a key focus for me, and I want to express my gratitude to Governor Chukwuma Soludo @ccsoludo and his team for their invaluable support in bringing this initiative to fruition,” the post concluded.
