Saudi Arabia has launched the “Saudipedia” digital platform during the Future of Media Exhibition, FOMEX, in Riyadh as part of the Saudi Media Forum activities.

Local media reported that Saudi Minister of Media Salman bin Al-Dosari launched the platform, also known as the Saudi encyclopedia.

He claimed that it was intended to serve as the main source of trustworthy information about the kingdom in a variety of languages.

“Saudipedia aims to become the primary source of information about the leadership, people, history, geography, and culture of Saudi Arabia,” he added.

One of the biggest specialized media shows in the Middle East, FOMEX opened its doors on Monday and will feature more than 200 domestic and foreign businesses over the course of three days.
It displayed the most recent advancements in technology, art, and innovation across all media.
