She said: “For the first time in my life, I feel like a failure. Nike died. Nike committed suicide. The lady that I just interviewed; the lady that said she was sleeping with dogs.
“People read her story, some people abused me; they said we fabricated the story. I gave her a listening ear but she didn’t tell me that she was going to die. She committed suicide.”
The incident serves as a reminder of both the terrible effects of cyberbullying and the significance of showing kindness and compassion online.
