Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is reportedly ill with low blood pressure, shortness of breath, and general weakness.

This is according to his lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor who raised the alarm on X formerly Twitter.

Ejimakor accused the Department of State Services (DSS) of denying the Biafra agitator access to his doctors.

Ejimakor said when he visited Kanu, he appeared ill and requested to see his doctor.

A letter was submitted, but when the doctor arrived at the DSS, access was denied.

According to Ejimakor, Kanu has a history of potassium deficiency, which can affect heart function.

This condition was diagnosed by DSS doctors three years ago, who admitted they lacked the expertise to treat it.

Ejimakor warned that the DSS heart monitor has been showing low pressure levels for nearly nine days without any medical intervention to check if Kanu’s blood potassium level is safe.
