Dr Akin Ogunbiyi, Group Chairman, Mutual Benefits Assurance on the dance floor

Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, the Group Chairman of the company gave the assurance while delivering an address at the thanksgiving service of the underwriting firm in Lagos on Sunday.

Ogunbiyi reiterated the company’s dedication to deepening insurance penetration and delivering valuable wealth creation to individuals in Nigeria, Liberia and beyond.

He said that the underwriter would continue to leverage its ability, which is transforming brilliant ideas of beneficial values to its customers, employees and other stakeholders.

The chairman also highlighted the company’s recognition as Africa’s Most Innovative Company by the African Reinsurance Corporation.

He assured it would continue to actively contribute to advancing Nigeria’s economy despite existing obstacles and pledged to provide employment opportunities and to fill vacant positions as necessary.

In his sermon, Reverend Ayomide Abraham, Coordinator, Four Square Church, Ikeja axis, lauded the board, management and staff of the company for depending on God over the years and recognising Him as their pillar through thanksgiving.

He said: “Indeed God has been the helper of Mutual Benefits and has continued to promote and increase the insurance company yearly because they have been returning glory to him.
