Manchester United midfielder Jadon Sancho has resumed training with the team after reportedly settling his disagreement with club manager Erik ten Hag. The 24-year-old English player spent half of the last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, following a fallout with the United manager.

Sancho, who was excluded from first-team activities last season, has been reintegrated into the squad after productive discussions with ten Hag, according to reports. The dispute began after a Premier League game against Arsenal, where Sancho was notably absent. When questioned, ten Hag attributed Sancho’s exclusion to poor performance in training. Offended by these comments, Sancho took to social media to defend himself, a post he later deleted.

As a result, Sancho was sidelined and his return to the team was made contingent on an apology, which he initially refused. During his loan at Borussia Dortmund, he excelled and helped the team reach the Champions League final. Now back at Manchester United, reports indicate that Sancho and ten Hag have had a face-to-face meeting to resolve their differences, leading to Sancho’s reinstatement.

Manchester United confirmed Sancho’s return to training, making him available for their pre-season games.

Manchester United has reached an agreement to sign Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna. The club will pay slightly above his €40 million release clause, spreading the fee over three installments.
