Gunmen have reportedly kidnapped Joshua Rogers, a ChannelsTV reporter based in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
According to reports, Rogers was abducted near his residence in Rumuosi, Port Harcourt, around 9 pm on Thursday, April 11.

The gunmen intercepted him while he was driving his official ChannelsTV branded vehicle and took him to an undisclosed location.
Rogers was returning from an official assignment at the Government House after covering an event in Andoni when the incident occurred.
The gunmen have reportedly contacted his wife and demanded a ransom of N30 million for his release.
His cameraman has confirmed the incident and urged the abductors to release him unconditionally.
