In a tragic turn of events, a female pedestrian lost her life after being struck by a speeding driver along the expressway.
The incident, as reported by the state Command of the FRSC, involved an unidentified driver operating a Toyota Hiace commercial bus without a registration number. The driver, reportedly traveling towards Upper Iweka, Onitsha, was observed to be driving at an excessive speed, leading to the fatal collision with the pedestrian.
