FAAN, NAMA Relocate Headquarters to Abuja

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced the move of its head office, to Abuja. This was done in compliance with the directive of the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika.

The directive stated that all agencis in the sector must relocate their headquarters to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Rabiu Yadudu, Managing Director FAAN, Directors and other critical members of staff have relocated and other directors, managers will follow in batches.

In the past week, the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, said it has also moved its headquarters to Abuja.

The General Manager, Public Affaairs, Khalid Emele, said the organisation’s Managing Director, Fola Akinkuotu, and other crucial members of staff at NAMA, have relocated to the F.C.T.

“NAMA hereby wishes to inform its customers, stakeholders and the general public of the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Lagos to Abuja.

“The Managing Director, Capt. Fola Akinkuotu and other critical staff of the agency have since relocated to the new NAMA headquarters located at No. 6 Ogbia Close, Off Arochukwu Street, Garki 2, Abuja, in strict adherence to the above directive while arrangements are being made for other strategic staff to follow suit in due course,” Emele said.
