Sean “Diddy” Combs is confronted with fresh legal action as a woman, Joi Dickerson-Neal, files a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court. The claim, made under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, alleges s3xual assault during a 1991 encounter.

Dickerson-Neal asserts that Combs drugged and assaulted her after a dinner invitation to Harlem’s Wells Restaurant and a visit to his studio. The plaintiff further claims that Combs filmed the assault and circulated the video within the music industry, causing her significant emotional distress.

Despite Combs vehemently denying the allegations as “completely fabricated and untrue,” the lawsuit is progressing through its early stages, with no trial date established.

This marks the second recent accusation against Combs, following singer Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit alleging s3xual assault, domestic violence, and trafficking. The previous case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
