American-British media personality Andrew Tate has strongly criticized Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido, accusing him of using his influence to endorse a dubious cryptocurrency.

In a recent episode of his ‘Rumble Tate Speech’ podcast, the outspoken former kickboxer condemned the $DAVIDO Solana coin, labeling it as a rug-pull scheme exploited by artists to profit at the expense of their unsuspecting supporters. Tate went as far as disparaging Davido as a “C-List artist”.
He pledged that his podcast would expose fraudulent enterprises, particularly those involving “trash coins” promoted by what he described as “C-List celebrity friends from Africa”.
Davido had faced backlash following allegations that his meme coin $Davido was deceptive. The coin reportedly crashed shortly after its launch, prompting outcry from disillusioned fans who claimed financial losses.
