Two adults were thrown from an 18-seater bus into the Lagos lagoon on Wednesday due to an accident that took place in Lagos and had a major effect.
In a statement released in Lagos, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, the National Emergency Management Agency’s Lagos Territorial Coordinator, stated.
He said that the two adults, a man and a woman, who fell off the LT 18-seater bus were being sought after by Marine Police personnel.

According to Farinloye, the bus with registration number FKJ 872 YA crashed on the Third Mainland Bridge, near the Adeniyi Adele axis, leading inward from Lagos Island.
He said that the driver of the vehicle, who was on speed, swerved off the road and hit the bridge railings.
He said that the impact forcefully pushed the two passengers off the bus into the Lagos lagoon.
“The victims, an adult male and female, are being searched by the Marine Police.
“The injured have been evacuated to a nearby hospital, ” Farinloye said.
