NYSC Pleads With Prospective Corps Members To Have Patience

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has called on all prospective members of the 2016 Stream 2 Batch A group, to exercise patience, following the delay in their mobilisation.

Mr Stephen Bankole, who is the Director of Information, NYSC Oyo State, came out to make this appeal in an interview, which was held in Ibadan, after some affected graduates in the state had protested over the delay in mobilising them to camp.

Bankole state that NYSC understood their pains and disappointment and that they are working tediously, in order to call them to camp soon.

“NYSC depends solely on budgetary allocation from the Federal Government and all hands are on deck waiting for fund to be released for the scheme.

“The Director-General has the well-being of the members as the number one agenda in his heart and he will do everything possible to make them comfortable.

“So please, the incoming members should be at peace, they will surely be mobilised as the Director-General has promised,” Bankole said.
