“That’s the lucky score” says Excited dad of UTME candidate who got 347 marks

NEWS DIGEST – A Facebook User, Musa Isah Salmanu, has announced his son’s brilliant performance in the just-concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Facebook.

The 18-year-old boy, Isa Musa Salmanu, scored a total of 347 marks in the examination.

In a breakdown, he scored 68 marks in English Language; 84 in Mathematics; 97 in Physics; and 98 in Chemistry.

According to his dad, that’s a spectacular performance and a lucky score for the 2023 UTME!

“I’m a happy dad. My son, Isa Salmanu made us proud. I was tempted to just keep calm and allow this slide but on a second thought, I felt the lesson would be lost and those that need to be motivated won’t be.”

He revealed that Musa hails from Barnawa in Kaduna South local government, Kaduna State and studied at the Premier Academy Lugbe, Abuja on SNEPCo/NNPS Cradle to Career Scholarship since 2017 when he finished his primary education.

“Isa had since then been motivated to study Computer Science at University but, right now, we’re open to any schools willing to give him a scholarship to fulfil his dream,” he said.

As opposed to the news of the 15-year-old boy that scored 337, Isa has made a name for himself as he has scored one of the highest mark in the 2023 UTME.
